Bullying as a way to school abstention
Bullying is a form of abuse either verbally, emotional, psychological, or physical. It is said that it is school, since it commonly affects children who attend school or young people who go to high school. School harassment are a great conflict for children and young people who are going through it. He hits their self – esteem and makes them reduce their trust, you can create that they fear going to school every day. In extreme cases, young people can try to become suicides as a result of bully. It is also a big problem for parents and teachers, because stopping harassment is a difficult task and often do not know the best ways to do so since this problem covers all schools daily. There are three key elements to stop harassment: educate school stalkers, increase greater sanctions for stalkers and protect the victim.
The reason why our young stalkers should be educated is that many of them are not conscious exactly how much they are hurting their victim. The stalker manipulates his victim so that he does or stops doing what he wants (Cáceres, 2019). In severe cases, it is probably totally premeditated, but even then, most stalkers do not want their victim to become as suicidal as they have done them. Harassment can come in all kinds of forms and one that affects girls in particular is a group of supposed friends that exclude them from everything. In cases like these, if school stalkers understand that they have become school stalkers bothering a victim, they can think twice.
The second way to deal with school stalkers is to punish them. This could be the only thing that works for incredibly unpleasant people, because they only care when it begins to affect them. Harassment is often not taken enough;As, for example, if you add a person in the middle of the street you would probably be arrested, but if it happens in a case of bullying, the perpetrator could obtain an arrest and possibly would cause damage again. It is important not to allow things to happen at school so that they never get their own in the real world, and children and young people who have no limits and sanctions imposed as they grow may not obey law as adults.
The last main way to deal with harassment is to work with the victim. Victims of bullying need to know their self – esteem so that they not only accept what is happening to them, and need to be taught to be assertive without being aggressive. They should also be taught that self-defense is allowed when necessary, and should not be punished for it, while it is very important that adults always listen to them and take their concerns very seriously.
However, there is no unique solution for bullying, but it is not good enough to ignore it just because it is difficult to treat. By using a combination of these three tactics, teachers must be able to stop bullying long before control. Even if it costs us, it is convenient that we take time to see what our children’s behavior is like.
