Finally we have that logic is of the utmost importance, because as mentioned above, we have many ways to use logic, and the benefits they have in general, but they have disadvantages if we do not know how to make the most of how to use inappropriately, and not make sense, so this harms us itself. As for philosophy we have that all human beings do not even know that we are using it.

Legal logic is the science of legal thoughts and their laws. It is one that studies the thoughts that refer to the general or special objects that study the legal sciences.
On the other hand is the theory of formal logical rules that are used in the application of law. So we must not forget that in the foundation of any legal judgment the rules of legal logic are used.
On the other hand, it is undeniable that between logic and law there is an interrelation, in other words we must remember that jurists are working as lawyers, judges or prosecutors, reason and argue from the norms. Therefore we can say that logic can help make correct arguments and to evaluate the arguments of others.
Similarly, logic provides us with a basis for document analysis trying to determine its systematic character and evaluating whether it contains shortcomings, redundancies and contradictions. Therefore logic allows to detect some defects of normative language.
In conclusion, logic is the science that studies the form of thoughts, as a means to achieve its correction and truth. Therefore we use logic in our daily work using it with common sense, reason, rational and natural attitude, that is, predictable.
