Nurses during their preparation fulfill an aspect that prepares them in the midst of patient nutrition, as well as helping them in case of respiratory difficulties, help the patient in elimination functions, that is, if patients are not capableTo eliminate its urinary and fecal waste in a “normal” way it is responsible for investigating the causes of why it is having problems. On the other hand, they also help them in the psychological aspect, that is, the patient needs to communicate with other people to express their feelings, help the patient to practice their religion, help the patient to practice recreational activities, help the patient to acquire knowledge,All these activities are carried out by nurses with the purpose of helping patients who require it.

Nurses during their training as professionals are oriented on how and why the actions to be carried out, hence the importance of the principles and norms involved.

The scientific principle is the knowledge that is based on ideas and facts, one of its characteristics is that its source is in experience, they are general or specific. The rules are criteria by which the quantity, quality, the degree of performance of functions and activities can be measured. Among its characteristics is that they are subject to evaluations and are easy to write. The actions are made that are guided by principles and norms, the foundations are the basis of thought to act with their own perspective.

The general principles of nursing guide the satisfaction of human needs, oriental the work of nurses, justify the reason for activities. Nursing has such norms and laws are important to meet them, since you help make decisions and consistent actions that are safer for users. Health users also have obligations which are putting knowledge, time, avoid complications among others.

All human beings have human needs, therefore, they must be satisfied so that the individual has a better level of well -being, some of the needs can be physiological, security, protection, love and belonging, stimulation and esteem,personal fulfillment. It is important to know that people have different types of needs and that those in charge of the health area help to meet basic needs, on the other hand, we have to keep in mind that without their help many people did not have the benefit of health.
