Bad faith in Mexico and its problems

Introduction

Justification: Why I chose this issue is the following reason;Mexico occupies the first place in childhood obesity, this is a bad thing, since children should not have this problem, since they have a life ahead and if they maintain poor diet they will have diseases from childhood, when that should not happen.

We believe that by carrying a good diet and a healthy life, we deprive ourselves of many things or that children will no longer eat sweets or the things they like; One of the phrases that I always hear is the following "they are children, who eat whatever they want, nothing will happen to them" when that is a mistake. Not because they are children, nothing will happen to them, on the contrary, they have to lead a good life so that they have healthy and full growth.

Developing

Quantitative it would be to get weight, size, blood pressure, etc. In this case it serves us, since we can have an idea of how many children weigh 60 kilos, what is their blood pressure and what is the size of a certain person; And in order to be able to guide us and carry a statistic of a group of people and population. And for that we need the qualitative method, since we need data from a given sector or a given profile, we can also use ethnographic studies to determine the reason for poor diet, so for this research we need both methods.

Food and nutrition in Mexico

According to what was stated at the World Food Summit, in 1996, and the FAO document on the right to food, every person has the right to consume healthy and nutritious food, to adequate diet and not suffer hunger. This is equivalent to having sufficient foods that meet the basic nutritional needs of individuals.

The energy needs of people vary and depend on many factors: height and body composition, age, growth rate, sex, the type of physical activity that regularly perform and the physiological or health conditions of diseases, infections, infections, infections, pregnancy and lactation in which you are.

With age, energy consumption is usually modified; In general, the elderly spend less due, in large part, to the decrease in physical activities. In young adults, 68% of energy consumption is associated with the vital processes of the organism and 32% with physical activity; In the elderly these percentages are modified to 75% in vital processes and 25% towards physical activity. Overweight and obesity are one of the problems of greatest weight in the burden of disease in the world and have been considered as the fifth risk factor in the causes of death. Likewise, 2.8 million of the annual deaths have been associated in adults.

conclusion

It has been reported that two thirds of the population worldwide live in places where obesity is related to other diseases that cause death, and it has referred that 44% of diabetes mortality is associated with obesity, 23% with ischemic heart disease and the existence of a variability of between 7%, while 41% is related to different types of cancers. According to information from the World Health Organization.
