As the tamales are done
Mexico and Europe have influenced the way that tamales are served today. The original form is corn dough and contained vegetables or meat, this was 8000 to 5000 ahead of Christ. It is said that tamales were invented because wars were easier to transport food because it is served on a corn or banana leaf. It has developed because when the Europeans introduced the cow and the pig, many people were forced to eat that meat. Today’s tamales are more homogeneous. The tamales are usually not done every day due to the work involved. They are made for special occasions such as Day of the Dead, Christmas, New Year or any other family celebration.
It is a familiar matter of the time. Many family members gather to make tamales the day before. The next day, a line is formed for relatives of all ages to extend the dough on the corn leaves, fill and fold the tamales. Once all tamales are assembled, steamed and finally eat. In general, hundreds of tamales are made at the same time so that everyone can take something home and share with friends and family. Also something that is evolving what we now recognize as corn was called Teocintle, but it was the same, a corn grain.

In my research many people argue that the tamal has not changed so much, except what is put inside, I believe that if the Europeans had not brought the pig, the cow, and chicken, and many more things but because it was such a popular thingIt passed to the country, and the Filipinos have a version of a tamal, this is something important to say because it means that it is something that affected many people even through the world.
In conclusion, the tamal was a well known meal throughout the world but change. One thing that the world will never forget, and that is that the colonizers were disgusting to try to change as indigenous people ate, but we cannot change the past. Now we must do it is to teach people of truth in how our food was evolved and because. The essential question asks us how the colonizers had an impact on food and migration of El Plato, I learned that not everything is like many things that we eat today are not of our ancestors. But learning what our ancestors are diet can educate us in which it is healthy.
