The growth of this was increasing, the success grew and the company grew, the growth that more than 35 tortillerías throughout Guadalajara became.
Unfortunately, the day came when all this had to end, then my theory about the reason for this:

My grandfather never worried about trying to teach or transmit to his children the learning he had collected over the years, most likely if that had happened, maybe right now we would be at a much higher level than we found right now.
Anyway, the business of the tortillerías and the mill ended, but with the term of these, new doors were opened for other businesses, since there were many stores throughout the city, one of the mostImportant, if not that the best of all turned out in the Obregón area, San Juan de Dios. Initially the business was of varied imports and was mainly controlled by my grandmother, Rosalinda Portillo Martínez, but she grew up in age gave the place to my father (current owner) Oscar Alfredo Flores Portillo, my father already had businesses previously, but he was willing to commit to this.
