Introduction

Citizens are immersed in this situation, what consequences does alcoholism cause in the economic, family and social fields?..

At the beginning of our writing of our essay, we realize how dangerous it is to be in this situation that currently has easy access and that has many propagandas worldwide, this has become a social problem, and it is very serious to playWith this, because it does not respect the factors such as social class, age, sex, because it leads us to a vice and then we have to die. With this work we want to convey that alcohol consumption is avoided in youngToday in most people who consume, on the other hand we want to know the consequences in the different economic, family and social areas where not only affects the people who consume it, but also the closest people around them asHis family, partner and friends who gradually generate bad interpersonal relationships and serious diseases such as cirrhosis, ulcers, mouth cancer, esophagus and throat in consumers of this drug.

Developing

WHO makes us mention that indicators for healthy mental health are related to social, psychological and biological factors. We can realize that mental health is not what many believe, if we do not include our whole life and that we want it to be of quality, because it gives us the ability to fully live our life, with peace of mind, that many times this does notIt is achieved by socioeconomic problems and generates that the indicators of poverty and the poor education system increase.

To have a good state of mental health, the person must have the ability to face stress in the different areas of their daily lives, either with their family, work, pairs, neighborhood and how it has the capacity to generate creative ideas forLeaving a crisis and being resilient and which indicates that it does not have good mental health is related to an imbalance in unexpected changes, stressful work, being socially excluded by being different from the rest of the group, leads unhealthy lifestyle habits, violence and violence andpoor physical health and human rights violations. For Kudo (2001) he finds that mental health is associated with the interpersonal bond, social support and reciprocity; That is, mental health "is forged and recreated in the link with others and is in that link that acquires meaning, turning the social into a kind of transverse axis to the representation of mental health" (Kudo 2001: 91).

In order to realize that mental health, it is of everyone’s interest and is a concern as a society, when we accept what it includes and not judge people who suffer from mental illnesses, know that we are all exposed to suffering at a time of psychic imbalance andthat not only is it possible to feel good in a subjective way, if not real, that many times it is about evading because there are myths that generate an inclusion to these people, but we have the advantage of living in a changing world that isYou can have good mental health, this is an important component for effective functioning both and contributes our environment. When being in balance, life can be faced, generate activities optimally, copening with the normal stress of life, working in a productive way and contributing to your community.

We seemed interesting what Fromm said "our concept of mental health depends on our concept of the nature of man". With this phrase it makes us think that the human being was born with the ability to learn the different activities and certain things that, although they do not seem appropriate, accepts them because everyone has elaborated this idea of what is believed is, but there is no oneright information.

Many times to be part of a society has set the idea that becoming a citizen of a certain place generates that there is a healthy mental health and this fact does not always generate these positive results, since each one adapts differently and ifHe has managed to have adequate and adaptation functioning would be a good indicator, but if this shows that it is bored in the different contexts that the individual individual has bad habits like drinking too much, he concentrates his activities for more time watching television or leisure activities and notThey can gestate their life in a creative and spontaneous way, we can have the premise that there is something unhealthy.

Society is where we mold our personality, where man comes to this being a helpless being where he has the ease of learning, this child incorporates not only in a passive way the customs and values of his society. You also need to know reality, the environment, show an active activity.

When generating a change, it will contribute that the statistics of mental illnesses that have increased significantly can be reduced, in Latin America the conditions are increasingly frequent. As mentoring Rondón (2006) mental illnesses and common mental disorders (anxiety and depression) are frequent. Recent epidemiological studies carried out in Peru by the Specialized Institute of Mental Health Honorio Delgado – Hideyo Noguchi confirm the findings of other countries: up to 37% of the population has the probability of suffering a mental disorder once in their life. The prevalence of depression in Metropolitan Lima is 18.2%3, in the Peruvian Sierra of 16.2%4 and in the jungle of 21.4%5.

Statistics show us that it can occur in all spaces regardless of the regions that can be liveexterior, as the perception that a society has that can be transmitted to others, example the violence that has been generated from the beginning of our time, especially with women and girls, because they are not able to see that we are all equal andHave the wrong idea that they do not deserve a good treatment, because we are rooted in the patriarchy that limits us that it is thought that some are more superior than others. Another factor of importance of environmental influence is affected by the place where we live, for example the people who live in Ayacucho are prone to a mental illness, because they are in the midst of political violence, the diseases that can generate are depression orPost -traumatic disorder, in addition to increasing street violence, poverty.

It is important to change the ideas about these people because it is very difficult for them and their caregivers that both can feel excluded when performing the various activities, in addition that there are not always centers that are trained to provide adequate attention andThey have poor rehabilitation and going through a mental illness causes a quick impoverish by the family, because they are also affected as they are caregivers and undergo stress where some symptoms can also suffer, in addition that they remain a long timeat home and leave certain activities and rejection is generated by family or others, discrimination and exclusion.

conclusion

Finally, we can say that to create that society has mental health, the population should be informed and educate about mental health to end the barriers that cover our eyes to a reality and thus the stigmatization that accompanies a patient will be reducedWith psychic health problems, so talks should be increased and that with the help of the World Health Organization that gives us intersectoral strategies to promote healthy mental health where it mentions us interventions in early childhood, support for these children, support for the socioeconomic emancipation of women, social support for geriatric populations, poverty reduction and social protection for poor, legislation and campaigns against discrimination, promotion of rights, opportunities and attention ofpeople with mental disorders, etc. "Alma’s diseases are more dangerous and numerous than those of the body’ (Cicero)
