Gender identity: Limiting society
Introduction
The gender perspective allows a critical and explanatory vision of gender relationships, identifying elements that allow analyzing and understanding the characteristics that define the condition and position of men and women in production aspects, in addition to understanding changes in everyday life. The foregoing leads to understanding the changes in the role of women in public space, the diversity of work it fulfills, and the contribution it makes to the economy.
Under this framework, the concepts of autonomy and economic empowerment arise in a virtuous relationship, despite the empowerment mainly refers to the productive scope, to participate as producers and income generators, and the fundamental autonomy that is sought to develop is economic as the capacity toParticipate in decisions about production, marketing and consumption, both in personal, conjugal, family and community planes (INDAP, 2016).
In this sense, the implementation of productive activities must overcome the unequal gender base that makes it difficult to appreciate the new place that women assume in economic production, break with the rigid sexual division of work and to male demand for female omnipresence indomestic and care tasks (INDAP, 2016).
This productive proposal relates a total of 24 direct beneficiaries in which it is evident that 8 are women, corresponding to 33.3%. Of this group of women, six (6) are in the process of reincorporation and have the availability to link and be participants in the management of their social and business development, characterized by being proactive, dynamic and solidarity women.
The participation of men and women in the design of the project was carried out on equal terms in all activities, workshops and meetings for decision -making and information collection for project formulation.
Developing.
Women have initially participated with men in the preparation of the land, the cleaning of the property and the planting of the cane seed that is at the established time, in the same way they participate in the maintenance activities of the crop and will do soIn the following tasks, both of phase 1 in what corresponds to the establishment and maintenance of the cane and in the harvest stage, as will participate in all stages of the benefit in the trapiche until obtaining the panela. Additionally, the proposal aims to comply with the implementation of the gender approach at least performing the following actions:
• The recognition of productive and care activities within productive chain such as food preparation for workers, enlistment of tools, among others
• Active participation of women in the implementation of good agricultural practices of the crop
• Arvenses sampling (weeds) before the closure of the crop furrows
• Selection of seeds and seedbeds
• Cleaning work for the enlistment of the benefit in panela production
• Final product classification and packaging activities
• Design activities and implementation of marketing strategies
Participation in decision making for the productive and economic administration of the project:
• If the statutes and regulations of the organization do not guarantee equal decision making between men and women, it is necessaryas in the distribution of profits from economic activity.
Conclusions.
This project also has the vision of recovering the collective memory of what the role of women of the FARC EP in arms meant, during the conflict in order to achieve greater empowerment and projection of them for their effective inclusion in any typeof tasks required both in the execution of this project and in general in the collective and in political and organizational work with the communities.
The productive project is aimed at men and women from the FARC in the process of reinstate.
