Name Instructor Course Date Persuasive Problem-Solution Proposal Attention Lowa Central students, First and foremost, I would like to thank you for allowing me to bring to your consideration one of the most unnoticed issues affecting our daily lives. More often than not, students make rounds between lecture halls, cafeterias, libraries, computer rooms, and hostels, leaving little or no time for physical exercises. Research shows that college life cannot be any better with a four-inch spare tire around one’s waist. Instead of adding positively to one’s performance and general health, physical inactivity makes students increasingly lazy and tubby. Scientific evidence shows regular exercises provide crucial cognitive benefits that can make students’ scholarly struggles a little less taxing. Consequently, it is my pleasure to inform you that we, as students, are all in need of psychological and health benefits throughout our lifetime. I assume that no student will argue otherwise as it is true that exercise is extremely helpful not only to the body but also to overall performance in the classroom. Be that as it may, I am unsure all of us often create time to exercise, but regardless of the situation, I would like to encourage every student to get out of his comfort zone and have some exercises. Probably, one might be wondering why I am deeply concerned about our inactivity, as students. Well, lack of physical exercises is detrimental to our health. It is undoubtedly true that cardiovascular disease, which is among the number one killer diseases in the country, is caused by inactivity.
