Mission Statement NHBP is a small company which operates as a sole proprietor. It aims to expand its market coverage. Other than using the catalog for the customers to order their services, it would like to develop an online platform. The objective of the company is to increase the total current sales by 20% whereby office supplies which are currently at$150,000 will be increased to $180,000. Office equipment according to the 2016 report had $300,000, and the company wishes to expand this sale to $360,000. Printing, whose income is the lowest will rise from sales of $50,000 to $60,000. Through online selling, NHBP can reach the intended goals in five years. Strategies Implementation of online sales will require the development of a website and personnel to check the orders placed by the customers regularly. The online platform should be marketed through social websites, for instance, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. Every worker with an account in the mentioned social media will take the responsibility of sharing the site on their profiles. To keep the site running, auto-reply messages will be activated.
