In Ecuador, people between 14 and 40 who have decided to finish their distance studies are growing.

This is a very innovative idea since it helps people have a higher self – esteem, knowing that they will be able to study and graduate, and with that to have a title and thus have a good job, get a good livelihood for their familiesand get a better life.

Virtual education and its contribution in the training process of the professionals of the 21st century represent us a great advance in education, as we see the costs are reduced and distances are shortened, since they provide us with a viable and very useful advantage to impartknowledge. As we see virtual education provides a large set of tools in different professional areas that can be carried out digitally, and so we can expand the educational offer.

This new learning tool has achieved the extension of education worldwide;to create new professionals. Since this system has helped technological development rather than in past times, since the population with more students is digital education.

Education: By belonging to digital citizenship people can educate themselves through the extreme educational resources in the network, to their liking, time and in the place where they are. Thus increasing literacy in society.

Virtual education is a tool widely used today, and allows many people to take their studies, and prepare professionally without having the need to attend an institute, giving greater possibilities to those people who have little time available forYour professional training.

In the 21st century, we live in a very accelerated way, among activities, work, and sometimes children, many people cannot regularly attend a school to carry out their studies, so virtual education allows them to prepare in theschedule that is better for them and from their home.

The community of universities in Latin America and Europe has incorporated the distance education modality, in the area of information and communication, provides society with useful tools in different fields, especially that of education. It is a permanent update option that responds to the needs of each person, thus offering different alternatives or solutions of a series of situations that the conventional school cannot address. The educational changes today indicate that the media have revolutionized starting where learning is flexible and open surrounded by resources that facilitate learning mechanisms.

The primary instrument for the development of all culture is education, which must reach all educational levels. According to this concept, it is described that education is constantly changing, so we must seek useful instruments that create positive effects on community development and educational problems, that is why virtual education provides technological tools that helpTo resolve the conflicts that are generated in face -to -face education, so the democratization of education ceases to be a dream and rather focuses on a reality, which provides new tools of modern technology and thus giving an added value to trainingfrom each person.

There are many advantages in face -to -face education that allow us to show enthusiasm, optimism and passion to obtain new knowledge, this is built with the stable help of a teacher, the same that from the beginning becomes a model to follow. Since the teacher generates an adequate environment with the students and with the development of forums, conversations, among others, which allows to share ideas directly. It is said that today most students meet several obligations, but this process is increased through education, since the student seeks new ways that allow a normalized and current education.

Distance and virtual education has its greatest strength and advantage since there is a model or prototype of behavior, because students do not have a model to imitate and therefore they should be and feel themselves without changing any aspect of their being suchAnd how are they all.
