Fowler Avenue, SVC 1036 Tampa, FL33620-6900 Dear Sir/ Madam This is Anthony Brown, am writing this letter in a bid to express my disappointment in failing to acquire an admission slot in the last freshman admission exercise. Upon receiving the rejection letter, I could not hide my disappointment since I feel like my current academic qualifications are influenced by my disability. I will also highlight some of my qualities in the wide receiver and cornerback positions with a hope that you will reconsider my abilities and grant me admission to join the USF Bulls; which has been my greatest dream since I was six. I scored a SAT of 980; which I understand is slightly lower than the required grade mark for admission in your institution. Also, I have had quite a poor history of class grades in my high school prior to the finals in November. However, this is as a result of my attention deficit/Hyperactivity disorder that is evidenced in the psychologist’s report, which is attached. Am currently attending College Preparatory High School which am finding quite hard to successfully pursue my academics. I was assessed through the Wechsler Individual assessment test III. The test analyzed my listening, oral reading, essay composition, spelling, math problem-solving and fluency skills. Due to my ADHD disability the psychologist indicated in the report that I have a ‘below average’ total achievement in the composite score summary.
