According to what has been learned in this area, we can see that to give good satisfaction to the customer, it implies not only selling a product but to satisfy the customer’s need accompanying the product with a good service from store employees, one of the problems detectedAnd that most people have detected in my business unit is the time that the employee takes to serve the client. We have been objects of memes, even reporting for lack of training to employees to quickly attend.

The results observed in the business unit reveal that, reducing attention and management times, and improving communication, customer satisfaction increases proportionally. From all our clients we can see that there is a close correlation between customer satisfaction and the resolution in time and quality of their fears and doubts. In addition, customers positively value empathy, cordiality and simple language, as well as have clear information about the process and that the seller has specific knowledge on the subject. In short, customer satisfaction depends so much, on the ability to solve their problem as quickly as the ability of the seller or commercial to solve it.

Today there are many solutions in the market, to facilitate sellers the management of the relationships they have with customers.

One of the most used systems in the commercial world are the spreadsheets, since it allows a commercial to establish a relationship of sales and customer data. But these spreadsheets, as they grow, are not simple to handle and require additional programming to adapt them to an automated and efficient system.

This would be a solution that the business unit could use to improve in this aspect and thus have more loyal customers to be able to generate more long -term profits.

In general, in this area I can understand that customer service is the service or attention that a company or business provides to its customers when offering correct products and services in addition to answering questions, solving problems at the right time andthus giving continuous monitoring creating greater loyalty. Customer service quality is an important comparative advantage because it can make a difference in any company or business. The impact it has can be the reason why customers are inclined to certain brand, that is, any wrong step that the company or business will take directly to its direct competitors. Clients previously sought that the products or services adjust to their needs only in quality and a good price, but over the years the change was evident, customer service was transcendental to create fidelity between the client and companies, inThis case fidelity towards a brand.
