The War of Independence in Mexico between 1808 and 1814
The War of Independence was a conflict between 1808 and 1814. The objective was to be a free, independent country, since it was governed by other countries. Some events that I knew before watching the film for classes or other resources was that Miguel Hidalgo began the war for wanting to be an independent country, I decide Hidalgo to make war on September 16, all chaos occurred in Guanajuato, Hidalgo was imprisoned inThe Alhóndiga de Granaditas, among other things.
I looked at Miguel Hidalgo as a hero, as a fighter and good person, but in reality it was not Miguel Hidalgo was a rebel and extroverted person. One of those cases was that he on the one hand already had a family, but for being religious he could not have a wife, but he kissed with Josefa Ortíz de Domínguez, which was an incorrect action and took him imprisoned. Some actions that were carried out were correct, since they achieved that goal of being independent, they fought for equality and a better quality of life at that time, on the other hand some actions in my view were not correct, since peopleHe suffered, people were killed, many people went to jail including Hidalgo where he was treated in a bad way. Napoleon’s actions were bad in some way, since I use people to reach the Spanish throne in Bayona’s abdications. Maybe he would not have had the same impact if he had taken differently, but his desire to be independent was very strong that he had taken them to triumph, at the same time they had planned something stronger or not perhaps doing nothing and staying inA pact, there are many actions that could have done in a different way, but there may be the probability that the impact is the same or a little lower. I believe that if Mexico had not done the process of independence I believe our life would be very different in many aspects, since we could not have ended as an independent country and remain equal to the old days, political conflicts, not have a good qualityof life perhaps socially and economically. Some of the actions that were carried out were correct such as wanting to have a better life, wantingDo not give the right of freedom to other people, enslave them, kill them, leave them in extreme poverty.
The film taught us many more things that happened between the war of independence, taught us what really happened, what people suffered, for everything they had to happen and what Miguel Hidalgo had to happen, a part of hislife.
