The transphobia is currently within society
While I thought we could improve our society, I remembered a friend of mine, who decided to change gender. Back in 2016, for me it was any summer, she was about to go to my town where all my friends were. The surprise, seeing my friend to do what she most wanted independently of what others thought, changing her genre, was the time where she was horming.
The worst part of that process was to have to pass two years by psychiatrists and psychologists to access hormonal treatment, after that, she had to wait another year to be able to operate.
She decided to look for work to earn some money, but they rejected her, and that is not the worst, they simply rejected her for being transsexual. In Spain, more than 85% of transsexual people live in unemployment situation. Especially this is a fairly complicated task for trans people, since, in interview filters, most of them are rejected.
Although the statute of workers, obtains an article, in which, it says that workers should not be discriminated against regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, for reasons of sex, or disability among other things. Instead, trans people are rejected every day, simply, by belonging to a group. Formerly, trans people only had the streets as exit.
Trans people are looking for, is to be able to make a normal life as most people do. When finding a job, the term passing plays a very important role, this term is, when someone does not know anything to another, they read with their right gender, that is, to a trans woman read as a woman and not asmen.
To explain it in a way which is much easier to understand, I will give an example. I, a trans boy, go to the market and tell me, "what do you want, boy". At that time, they would have read me man. On the contrary, if they told me, "what do you want, girl", they would have read me a woman.
On the other hand, the name of the ID is one of the biggest obstacles. Recently, my friend, she told me that one of her trans friends had decidedStudy, to the girl, had not given time to change her name of the DNI. As a result, when I deliver her documentation, they rejected her, the most difficult thing about this is to show that they have simply rejected you for that reason for that reason.
Changing its name in the DNI is a fairly complicated task, since it is mandatory to present some requirements such as, being hormoning about 2 year, or a medical report in which you diagnose gender dysphoria.
Because of the current law, many trans people have not achieved the name, since not all decide to hormon, therefore, they lose many job opportunities because of this.

This law consists in being able to change the name without the need for any medical report or to undergo treatment to change the physical appearance, in addition, minors could also request that change. Second, foreign people with legal residence in Spain will have the possibility to change sex and name on the residence card and in the work permit.
The government, apart from all this, has enabled an email address ([Email Protected]), where citizens, organizations and associations of trans people, can send their opinion before this project is prepared. The people also can send their approval, rejection or observation about the law.
