According to the authors, when referring to other issues, the way in which people interact, their predominant attitudes, the underlying assumptions, the aspirations and the relevant issues of human interactions are part of the culture of the organization in this way, culture It can facilitate or hinder the solution of problems related to adaptation to the environment and internal integration. 

Organizational culture has acquired great importance within organizations; Because this approach manages to be a frame of reference to understand the behavior of individuals as a social construction within organizations. According to several writings, at first the culture was analyzed and studied from philosophy and anthropology, there was an interest in its study, in the mid -1970s, in the field of industrial sociology, but it was in the early eighties when Interest in culture significantly affects. The School of Human Relations made a great contribution to the concept of culture applied to organizations, in the experiments developed by Elton Mayo (1972, cited by García, 2006), the renowned author sought to recognize the subjective and informal aspects of organizational reality. The organizational climate exerts a significant influence on the culture of the organization, since it includes the general pattern of behaviors, beliefs and values ​​shared by the members of an organization. 

Therefore, the members of the organization greatly determine their culture and, in this sense, the organizational climate exerts a direct influence, since the perceptions of individuals determine beliefs, myths, behaviors and values. The labor organization is a microenvironment or an open and limited subset in space and time, composed of individuals, positions and work areas, their activities and a variety of elements, both physical or natural and cultural and organizational.
