Eddie Bond was a rockabilly guitarist and singer, better known for being the person who rejected an unknown Elvis Presley. Bond from an early age feels a great affinity for music. Influenced by the country songs of the time, he would start playing the guitar, and in 1955, he would release his first album with the small Ekko record label of Hollywood. The launch would draw the attention of Mercury Records, who would sign it the following year. With this seal he would record five albums, all in the Rockabilly genre, none of which was successful, although later his musical contribution was recognized by the Rockabilly Fame Hall.
