The leaders of the future are moved by passion and emotion, they have a higher positive attitude than current leaders, for them the most important thing is to work as a team, they have a strong sense of community and altruistic character;They preach with the example, relying on digitalization and technology;But, above all, they are open to many more possibilities, so they better understand the functioning of the world around them.
The fact that today there are many good leaders, this does not guarantee that in the future they will continue to be, because with the same speed that technology is transformed, the forms of leadership change. It is for these that the leaders who will keep at the head of organizations will be those who learn to manage properly, at least three to four generations simultaneously (baby boomers, generation X, millennials and even some of the Z generation). The key will be to study the needs of each of these generations and somehow adapt the leadership to each of them.

Which means that to achieve this the leader must learn to learn and learn to unlearn. The leader of the future will need to be much more efficient to achieve the expected results in the organization, within the time established in conjunction with the collaborators.
