The importance of developing cardiovascular capacity to stay healthy

To start talking about the importance of developing cardiovascular capacity to stay healthy I will write how our cardiovascular system works. The body cardiovascular system is formed by the heart, blood, blood vessels, arteries and veins. The main work of the heart is pumping blood with oxygen to the body after pumping blood without oxygen to the lungs. Normally it does this from 60 to 100 times per minute, 24 hours a day. The heart consists of 4 cameras: the right atrium receives blood without oxygen from the body. That blood then flows to the appropriate ventricle, which pumps it to the lungs. The atrium receives oxygen -rich blood from the lungs. From there, blood flows to the heart ventricle, which pumps blood from the center to the rest of the body. Together, arteries and veins are observed due to the system. In general, the arteries carry blood away from the center and the veins carry blood back to the center. The circulatory system supplies oxygen, nutrients, hormones and other important substances to cells and organs inside the body.

After seeing how the cardiovascular system is of the utmost importance in the body I will talk about the importance of maintaining healthy cardiovascular capacity.

Cardiovascular aptitude is the flexibility to handle aerobically challenging situations of variable duration. Improving cardiovascular state can reduce the risk of developing heart disease by increasing the efficiency of your heart, lungs and blood vessels. The simpler pumping blood through your body, the less demanding it is for your heart. Regular exercise, especially aerobic exercises, is one of the simplest things you can do for yourself. Helps reduce the possibilities of having heart disease. It is also good for your pressure level, cholesterol, weight, energy and mood. The good news is that even moderate quantities of physical activity are good for your health. Physical activity, especially aerobic activity, is good for your heart.

Some examples of exercises that you could do to improve the health of the heart:

Aerobic exercise and bodybuilding: contribute to a healthy caloric burn. The fat that stores in your body is reserved for periods of prolonged or intense activity.

Train the system through high intensity intervals: increases the activity of certain hormones, such as testosterone and hormone, which feed fat burning.

The low intensity and stable status cardio: burns an improved fat percentage, the high intensity exercise ends in a greater total calories burned and accelerates enzymes related to fat burning.

Finally any type of movement that works your muscles and use more energy than you use when you rest. Walk, run, dance, swim, yoga and gardening are samples of physical activity.
