The family, the right to human life in the community
The right to life is the basis on which human dignity is carried out; Because of its essence, it is a necessary right, since there are no rights without life, there is no person, much less personality development and obviously from the ethical project.

This destructive power, together with misunderstood freedom as if it were a license to do anything, leads man to learn to kill to satisfy internal impulses of selfishness, envy, resentment, hate, or to obey external pressures of individuals or collectivities organized to commit crimes.

This problem generates frustration, disenchantment and fears, especially those who believe in human rights, work for peace and fight for the peaceful coexistence of the human family. This is why it becomes urgent to work to change disappointments for hope, to improve things with the help of all socializing entities and in the light of human rights; Because suppressing life is to collapse all rights, it is to spoil a whole project of human realization. The right to life corresponds to the human being for the mere fact of being conceived. This right summarizes and covers all others for being the maximum expression of the person.
Myriam Hoyos says rightly: “Any right that is recognized or granted to the person as such, requires as a primary assumption, the right to life; Any failure in the guarantee and recognition of other human rights is inevitably a ruling in the protection of the right to life ”.
The right to life is an alienable right, it cannot be abandoned, nor can it revoke, change, negotiate. It is at the same time a personal good and a social good. From this point of view, the legalization of the death penalty cannot be accepted, since man would fall into an absurd contradiction, stating that he is entitled to life and at the same time there is no.
However, the family based on love, and institutionalized to procreate is the first social entity called to generate human life, respect and protect it to guarantee the continuation of the species within a framework of ethical values that dignify the person the person.
The family has in their hands the responsibility of being a community of life, not only because it is conceived and develops life, but because it is also essential that the means to live it with dignity, with authentic human quality,.
Human quality is possible if the basic satisfactory for physical growth is possessed in order to have a healthy and robust body that can integrate with all the potential of the person who lives in it; For this, sufficient, nutritious and balanced food is required. And not just material food; They are fundamental, food: affective, spiritual and intellectual, which must also be balanced, to respond to the needs of a human being that integrates in itself, rich and varied dimensions.
Therefore it is not about being a community of any kind of life, it is about being a community of a dignified life, which responds to the condition of the human being. This is why the couple who joins in marriage, as well as has the right to have children, also has the duty to have only those who can take care of, feed, educate and train according to their possibilities and opportunities. It is no longer about having "all the children that God wants to send", or allow them to get to life without being loved, or desired. The responsibility of having a child is a commitment to be life, it is a wonderful gift of God, which cannot be arbitrarily arranged.
The son has the right to feel that he has reached life because they wanted him, because they expected him, and little by little he has the right to discover that life makes sense, that is worth it because he has been invited to be part of a family that Believe in life and has faith in man.
