The Business Organization
INTRODUCTION
Currently everyone lives subject to organizations, this is the product of making good decisions made by people in charge who execute it responsible. For each thing that is done in life there must be a plan and carry out a self-assessment to know how organized the project is being carried out. Having the idea of a business is key to admiring successful markets, in order to have ambitious goals that are consistent so that they can be traced.
Defining company is a fruitful and taxed unit to develop an economic activity for profit. In our social link, the continuous creation of them is very common. On the other hand, an organization is a certain system that tries to obtain certain objectives, coordinating and optimizing the activities to be easier, both for customers and workers, thus, the organization of companies an administrative function that includes the structure,conformation and composition of the elements and resources of a company, as well as the establishment of its faculties and the correlation between these.
When mentioning an “adequate business organization,” we will be referring to everything that is referring to the aggrandizemember must perform vigorously and the relationships that interact with each other.
DEVELOPING
Organizations must be centered and know for what purpose they were created, that everything that is done is focused on their mission, achieving the objectives that have already been set, without leaving it aside for a new proposal that arises. Thus, its classification is extensive, it will depend on its economic performance, its creation, its size, the legal form, origin of the capital and the interaction of the members. As for its economic activity is the primary sector (agriculture), secondary sector (industry) and tertiary sector (services).Given its creation, individual companies, corporations, limited liability companies and cooperatives. According to their size, they are divided into large companies and SMEs. The legal form may exist command, cooperative, collective society, corporation and limited liability company. By the origin of capital it is divided into public, private and mixed. Finally, referring to the interaction of the member there is formal and informal.
The organization basically refers to constituting what is projected and carried out so that the goals and objectives set are carried out, also represents how the functions, hierarchics and actions to be carried out should be, addresses what the organization chart is. Also see the future, immediate and remote, as well as the organization that composes the final data of the static or mechanical aspect. Specifically mentions how and who will do everything, recognizing the right position for the right person.
CONCLUSION

A correct organization within a company is reflected within its image both external and internal, since the potential of the same is determined to face any event that may occur.
However, the company must develop mechanisms through which it is achieved that the different departments created in the company act coordinate so that it can achieve the objectives that have been set.
