Administration is a tool that has been dedicated to the study of companies in terms of their structure, organization and purpose. Here we will try to explain the phases of this process and what the authors say and define on it because their importance within organizations is not small but is the main tool for the objectives set from the beginning. For those of us who study administration, it is important to know this administrative process and know how to use it to develop and use it in the companies in which we work in the future. Therefore, in this essay, it will be said specifically what it means and how each of the stages is applied.

Also, in this work what is intended is to simplify the concept to better understand this process, as well as the easiest way to apply and even take it to everyday life, adapt it and act to facilitate our most common purposes and goals.

Developing

First of all, you must define what is "administrative process". For Lourdes Münch: “The administrative process is the basic methodology to apply any administration or management approach. In short, it is the strategy that every company must follow to guide its activities and efforts, in order to meet objectives and prioritize the future of the organization. Planning

Planning is used by man to apply his intelligence in some matter where he could intervene, since at any time of our life we ​​planned almost all our actions to be carried out. The different types of plans can be global, regional or sectoral, mainly; However, there may be short, medium and long term plans, related to the economy (and accounting), etc.

On the other hand, the purpose of planning is to adjust and rationalize the decision -making process, since to achieve good results, new operation options must be selected. It is so, then, that planning is effective because it rationalizes, provides and facilitates creativity, so it intervenes not only in the future, but in the present, for which there are various forms and techniques to execute a plan.

Thanks to the ability of man to think, imagine and create abstractions, he can foresee, predict, prevent and prepare; which will help you prepare for that situation and have the necessary resources to face or counteract its effects, so that he obtains a benefit. With this, it is planned for the purpose of rationality, efficacy and transcendence.

Organization

The organization consists of functional functions and activities, the creation of areas, positions, in order to facilitate the coordination of the effort of all members for greater efficiency and management of resources. This also allows to control the respect that all members of the company must have, to guarantee a space of tranquility to the members, however it manages the financial activity controls income and expenditures.

Allows a balanced use of resources whose purpose is to establish a relationship between work and staff. This means that the behavior that workers in the company have, to be balanced and there is harmony. The organization is decisive to achieve the purposes proposed, within the administrative process it is responsible for indicating the guidelines to achieve the objectives, since it responds to the specific approaches on the work that will be carried out and the delegation of responsibilities.

The correct organization is characterized by its functionality based on its structure, since it is accommodated under a hierarchical and control mechanism, since in this stage of the administrative process it is sought to fulfill the goals of the plan, by the staff; establish the necessary activities to achieve them.

The address tries to the fact that all those who participate in the organization contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives, in which the leadership, motivation and communication influence each other. It is at this stage where members must have clarity so that they can reach what is desired, leadership to guide and guide those who feel doubts.

Personally, I consider that the new administrative processes must be adjusted to the sociocultural and technological contexts of today and develop a socially responsible commitment in many aspects, always favoring the environment in which companies develop.

The innovations that are being given as humanity progresses in many areas (notes the technological one) demands that these administrative processes be enriched more and more without neglecting their roots and their methodologies that have prevailed for years by years. Also, emphasize that the use of information technologies, inside and outside an organization, are the triggers of the way business is done today.

In this way, to close with the present study, I consider that the investigations that arise in the future continue to focus their purposes in contributing new approaches and ways to apply the administrative process and that they urged small businesses not to leave this side, they must notice that business success arrives if you have a good planning that follows an adequate organization, direction and control.
