Technology today has great importance for entrepreneurship, through this medium many doors are opened to be able to innovate and create new companies and business ideas, in Cúcuta and the region is seen the absence of technological base companies and thisThe region affects quite a lot in the economic issue. The objective of the region is to train entrepreneurs with good knowledge using technology and identify the individual factors that determine the creation of companies with technological bases.
Today in South America, economic growth has been evidenced thanks to the creation of small businesses that consolidate an entrepreneura great recognized company that generates employment and development in the region.
To form a technology -based company (NBT), it entails a process and individual factors of entrepreneurs, “literature has indicated that one of the individual factors that contributes the most to the development of entrepreneurial initiatives is education”
Education is the main means to train entrepreneurs with innovative minds and prepared for change, this venture must be taught since when children are in all areas of the study, making applications and promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and the optimal solution of problemsthat are presented in professional life.
To identify these individual characteristics, statistical studies were carried out and the following data were obtained at the South American level:
Through the analysis performed on this statistical picture according to Zapata, Fernández, & Gómez, they concluded that the individual factors linked posi¬24 years, possess university studies, maintain an active labo -ral situation (part -time or complete), have the minimum income to solve their expenses and needs of daily living, have skills and knowledge about the subject of entrepreneurship, and knowTo people who at some point have been entrepreneurs.
On the contrary, the factors that affect negatively would be: being a woman, having an age greater than 45 years and lacking higher studies, or just having completed the basics-first.
This shows that currently in society there is still no gender equality with women, they have not been instilled since childhood who can also undertake and have the same rights as men, age is also another important factor since the younger the youngerThere is more possibility to undertake and generate employment and innovation but many of these waste their lives in vices or have never been instilled in entrepreneurDiscerning about events and jobs, make people with great skills about a specific topic and gives them all the possibility of creating and undertaking
