Introduction

This report will study different techniques applied to risk management to give it a global and transversal approach to meet the objectives in the short and long term, in such a way that with the methodologies arranged the effects are minimized in an organization plan beforeTo execute some of them are a storm of ideas, analysis of hypotheses and restrictions, Checklist among others.

The methodology with risk identification, propose actions, assess, commission sessions, analyze prioritizing and taking actions on the identified risks. Recognizing and applying the Delphi technique, the analysis of the bird, the Hazop technique and the AMFE technique describe the strengths and weaknesses of the same.

Justification of the techniques to analyze the risks

 The risks identified in the organization are classified according to ISO 31001, which is why, by classifying and assigning criteria according to the probability and their consequences are for example., The risk of fire in the facilities in which it could cause a chain reaction not only in storage wineries, but also in offices, the risk of flammability is very high therefore the consequences could be fatal for staff. Also bringing negative effects to both high positions and plant operators.

Another example of risk with particular consequences is the provision of multifaceted personnel in plant operations, the organization does not have economic resources to solve the high demand for staff to meet the products and delivery to customers.

The analysis techniques for these media must contemplate those operational and activity scenarios of the organization that may compromise the integrity of the design, identifying their impacts in case of failures and the basic events that the context can separate, to subsequently evaluate the response of the response of theDesign raised in relation to these situations, for the determination of preventive means, protection, mitigation and control.

With this report it can be concluded that the technique applied to the organization to which I belong Technical Delphi has the advantage of having a consensus in opinions, so each person expert in the subject could give their opinion regarding a detected problem, and all theview points are important however this technique elevates costs, since participants have to be experts in the subject evaluated and have been a very development time. As for the Hazop technique, I can notice that it is a more objective technique and see the problems with cause and effect in the operational part of the production process. However, work is a bit more difficult and work to put it into practice very long.
