School uniform and how we identify
Introduction
The white uniform is the representation of many degrees, all incorporated into the area of health. For nursing it is more than a uniform, it symbolizes a lot of its history. Caring a white uniform is, for many, it is like a very large responsibility for having to take care of it all day, prevent it from being stained for anything we eat or care where we passed.
The use of this already makes us part of the health personnel in training, already represents in some way what we are going to be in some years and having it in an adequate way speaks well of us as people and as a professional because it is well known byComments from many that a person with a dirty uniform does not give much confidence on how he will give you quality care, you do not know if they have the right hygiene measures or if they know them and had a bad time when I arrived at work, school,And that’s why I arrive with the uniform like this.

If we associate all this to nonverbal communication we can mention that people from the moment they see you with a white uniform think that you are a doctor, nurse, dentist or anyone who associates and immediately changes the vision or perspective they have of you. It has been the case that when they see you on the street with a clean and adequate uniform they look at you differently, some even greet you when they do not do it before or anything else, simply for bringing white uniform.
In a hospital since they see you in uniform many already begin to ask with different things, they already ask that you help, advisors or reports of something. Now, nonverbal communication is when we do not use words to communicate, perhaps the use of sounds or expressions can be added and, adding the use of the uniform, for patients the proper use of it gives a good impression. What I want to say with all this is that, the better the uniform is, the cleaner and more adequate it is the student or health staff is much better for good medical care.
Some can say, that does not influence or have anything to do, but the reality is that the presentation of a person has a lot to do. It helps enough to bring a correct dress and a good attitude because it is of no use to comply with all clothing rules if the attitude is not the best. We must always show a good face to patients. I know that sometimes we do not get up with the best humor in the world or maybe we spend a bad time just before the working day, but that should not be reflected at the time of work because patients and people in general notice it and spread it totimes the sea humor.
It happened to me that if you are with a person who does not bring the best desire to do things or work comes to infect that mood and in the end neither of them does something. A good posture also helps when reviewing a patient or when receiving it. Many times we have an expression of tiredness and reflect it in the way of stopping in front of others or when someone is cheerful enough it also reflects it in the posture because it tends to move a lot.
Each posture helps the way we bring the uniform because as you mention it, if you are tired and reflect it to the uniform you already bring it badly accommodated. Finally I think that everything has a connection, like everything, the uniform in nursing and communication both verbal and nonverbal is closely related. As I have tried to explain throughout this work, a good presentation is the basis of everything. Let’s mention that not only as health personnel, but also in any other work area, you need a good look for better work presentation. It has become something indispensable everywhere.
As a doctor, even clothing is important because how to trust someone who may not take care of how he should and intends to do it with us. Although I do not doubt the ability and knowledge of, but for patients it is not the same, except if they are very traditional people or with very strict customs.
Maybe we think that they should not demand the uniform that way, but if we see it from another perspective we are learning to fulfill our work, we are learning that people see us as what we are and do not say saying that we do notThis interests this, that by not having the shoes we are not good in what we are doing, that because we are not combed correctly we will make mistakes in the health care of the patient or that by having something dirty the uniform we will not have the same respect forpart of the patients.
Being well in all these aspects demonstrates security in us and what we do. It is the work and responsibility of us to fulfill all the aspects that the Bachelor of Nursing has if we want to have good answers and better results at work and at school.

To conclude this essay we can say that the uniform in nursing is one of the most important and representative things of the career, it is something fundamental in the work of people who are dedicated to the care, care and prevention of people.
