 Introduction

Lubricating oils are fluid used for their ability to reduce parts wear, provide better energy saving by decreasing heating, facilitating cold start, eliminating impurities and finally protecting from humidity corrosion. Once their function is fulfilled, these lubricants are discarded, where the main source of generation corresponds to internal combustion engines, resulting in the automotive park the main source in Metropolitan Lima, where automotive workshops are the main point of compilation .

Due to spills, direct dumping to rivers, lakes and / or sewers, inadequate final disposal and the combustion of residual oil;Pollution of soil, water and air occurs. In soil pollution, the loss of fertility and diversity of microbial flora, loss of ecosystems is caused, thus increasing desert soils and with deficiencies for the development of plant fiber, therefore, areas with deficiencies of capturing carbon.

Developing

Water pollution begins when used oil infiltrates the ground, reaches the water table and combines with groundwater harming its quality and how it cannot be used directly, lowering its availability. Also, with the emergence of the lubricant in surface waters, it forms a dark strip that prevents the entry of oxygen into the body of water, causing death of flora and fauna. A liter of oil, contaminates a million liters of water causing the death of aquatic flora and fauna.

Atmospheric pollution is produced by the combustion of the lubricant under study, where gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide are emitted. These compounds are mixed with the water vapor of the atmosphere and generate acid rains which causes damage to aquatic life, forests and soil fertility and affects the structure of buildings.

The combustion of five liters of used oil contaminates 1000,000 m3 of air that is equivalent to the amount of air that a person breathes for three years forms a dark strip that prevents the entry of oxygen to the body of water, causing death of the flora and flora andfauna. In Peru, the final provision of used lubricant oils is regulated in Annex 4 of the Regulation of the General Law of Solid Waste, admitted by means of Supreme Decree No., which indicates that the ineffective mineral oil waste for itsUse intended, it is classified as hazardous waste, therefore, the management of this waste must be especially treated, as indicated by the following Peruvian technical standards: NTP 990.050.2008, NTP 990.051.2008, NTP 990.052.2008, NTP 990.053.2008, NTP 990.54.2004.

On the other hand, man throughout history has developed technologies and invention ideas to enrich his lifestyle and the environment where he develops. When designing and building a equipment, you have to project in the product to be obtained, the base raw material and the possible supplies. Then, the stages of the process to follow are carried out;Subsequently, a flow diagram where the inputs of inputs and waste outputs were observed by stages.

And finally, graphically or descriptively, the parts of the invented artifact are sized and the characteristics of the materials for its construction are indicated. Currently, the provinces of the regions outside Lima have deficiencies of used lubricating oil treatment. A possible solution for the proper treatment and disposition of these,

With the construction of a re-refination machine, the following objectives of sustainable developments can be contributed: objective 9, industry, innovation and infrastructure;since the development of industries is encouraged, to promote economic development and growth. Objective 6, clean water and sanitation;Because through this, the equipment operation will decrease the contamination of surface and underground water, avoiding the affectation of water quality.

The objective of this research is to design a prototype for the re-refination of the lubricating oil used in internal combustion engines, due to its importance, where the low costs of its construction will facilitate its implementation for many microenterprises or natural persons with interest in the subject. The implementation of this equipment can reduce environmental pollution due to residual oil, and generate quality and living improvements of the inhabitants where this machine operates with the creation of jobs and competitive prices of the lubricant oils produced.

conclusion

The design of the prototype of the present study, based on the acid-clap method, will allow to purify the lubricating oil, with this its possible environmental impacts will be reduced due to the decrease of its spills, direct spills and combustion;thus fighting soil, water and air pollution. In addition, the product that originates from this, being marketing it, will have more accessible prices compared to the costs that involve the acquisition of the product of known trademarks.

Likewise, this design can be used for economic and social purposes through the construction of industrial plants for the use of oils used as lubricating bases, due to the low periods of recovery of investment and the positive results of the profitability analysis. This will generate demand for local labor, which will generate greater employment, improving the quality and standard of living in the areas where these plants operate.
