Master-student relationship and learning
Today one of the most relevant difficulties in carrying out the teaching-learning process is training, progress and the different states that keeps the relationship between teacher-student, in different teaching places, which may vary depending onthe institution in question and the pedagogical degree of the same.
The teacher is the education professional, whose occupation is the wisdom and illustration of the generations of each of the children and young people. The work he performs is indestructible.
His work has the main task on the issues, that is, the idea, from them, the function of the instruction is reflected. However, it is not limited only to that, it is its main concern the integral training of its students, that is called education. In addition, he collaborates with his tenacious work so that the student is able to face the difficult challenges posed by his environment which is in permanent change.
We can say to the teacher then, that his illustrious and sometimes generous work contributes to the formation of every human being. It is the main element in a society to arouse consciences of their young children and even adults.
Bohoslavsky (1986), argues that “the teacher through how he performs his teaching function, will promote learning in certain links in his students” (Bohoslavsky, 1986, P. 83). Therefore, the educator’s way of being is very important, how to distribute his classes, takes a very specific value, not only in the occupation of the academic teachings that comes in the plans and programs, but also in the socialization instruction that will registerthe student through the friends that he practices in the room and outside of him.
Therefore, it is necessary that, in order for there to be triumph in the course of educating themeducation and teaching;That is, a new family is formed as a whole, since agreements are created, one and another part obtain a fundamental responsibility: the teacher teaches, the student learns.
Likewise, it can then be said that there must be precisely responsibility on the part of the subjects that make up the teacher-student training couple, as well as commitment, honesty, attention and participation, since one of the two does not assume the burden and commitment the processteaching learning will not success.
