From there he gave life to the stories and novels. Icaza Coronel’s brand discarding a short film of indigenista in its theme. For his works that Icaza Coronel gave written, he considered him a domain author. Also, as Quito was a co -participant with the left literature, framing in the producer novel, it supports the Ecuadorian culture and writings, it was not in vain, since Jorge Icaza Colonel if to benefit the government as a plenipotentiary of Ecuador in Moscow, Russia. He also insisted as attached to the Cultural of the Republic in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Among all the most considered literary works of him are, added that he is Huasipungo, titles such as: Cholos, published in 1938;Half life dazzled, 1942;Six stories, which went on sale in 1952, Chulla Romero y Flores, of 1958, and trapped, one of the most mature works of him published in 1973. Icaza constantly followed a more period in constant theater. On his profession as an actor and literary he obtained other proposals for works, as several also highlighted as the Senior Officer of the Treasury of the Treasury. Given the venture of his Marina Moncayo company.

On behalf of the actress gave the set. The actress premiered What is it?, Work written by Jorge Icaza. He continues and escort perfecting himself in the dramaturgy and literary, he stood out and gave his mastery. Jorge Icaza died on May 26, 1978 in Quito-Ecuador, at 71. The literary and novelist came to make another victim of stomach cancer. Theme: Huasipungo gives oneself three main ideas than the plot. The exploitation of the Indians, poverty and correction between the Indians themselves, with a time of two kinds of family and poor families that were the indigenous people.

A constant La Merced el landado, those of the Huasipungo receive a plot of land, whose benefits enjoy after the exploitation of the natives and work for the landowners. Without having a legal right on the plot, the Huasipungos are strongly linked to the mandates of the landowners, who no longer wanted to feed them and still worked until they got tired of working and if they made a strike of indigenous protest. The landowners wanted the permanent obligation of the indigenous people of personal benefits of the Hacienda de los Blancos. Characters: Alfonso Pereira, Andres Chuliquinga, El Cura, Cunshi, Jacint.

The Policarpio butler, indigenous people, Mrs. Blanca, Mrs. Lolita, Gabriel Rodríguez, MR. Chaps (gringo). Knot or climax: we have the word "love" as an expression of love to another person like Cunshi and Andres, but also to the pure love that the Indians had to the harmonious relationship between the universe, the earth their ethnic territory and man, and byThis did not want to lose their huasipungo. There are also characters that had negative attitudes: the abuse and ambition of power that Alfonso Pereira, the priest, polycarpo and the political lieutenant maintained. Critical evaluation: This work seemed very interesting to me.

Clearly and thanks to the author’s descriptive language, we can appreciate the abuse of the Indians, who were considered as beings without any value. There is a historical movement present in the work, since it addresses the social realism of the time. The writer achieves his intention that in my opinion is sensitizing the reader, denouncing the drama that the Andean Indian lived. He managed to describe events that are linked to the history of our country directly and dramatic. Outcome: Andrés and Los Huasipungüelos, everyone sees the Huasipungo as their home, as the property of each one and is the only thing they have in their life.

At the same time the Huasipungo has a sentimental value and symbolizes the only type of hope they have in their life. But at the end of the novel they realize the injustice that is happening to them and finally they rebel against Don Alfonso, shouting "our Huasipungo" is a pity that at that time it is already too late for them, their dead is inevitable is inevitable. The end of the novel, MRS. Chapí and Don Alfonso look at Huasipungo as a rich business and also as just a way to earn more money. For them there is no sentimental value to Huasipungo. In the same way that they see the natives as property of them.

They also see Huasipungo like this. Patterns do not care that Huasipungo is the only thing that indigenous people have and makes them very easy to remove that land. Interpretation and criteria: Here the examples that illustrate how whites and indigenous people are represented in the text, and how the white vision of the whites as much as the indigenous people manifests are presented. Pereira family goes in a caravan of horses to the town where it will stay temporarily. The family of the family, Don Alfonso, will carry out a project to build a road.

conclusion

At their disposal, there are indigenous people who carry their luggage and lead the caravan to the people. The family is on horseback while the indigenous people walk on foot. The reader finds out about the thoughts of each of the Pereira: the daughter thinks about the parties they are going to organize in the city, in which it will be missing, and in which they cannot show their jewels and elegance. He is not thinking about the fact that she is pregnant and that this is the other reason why they go to town. It does not have to worry too much about the problems in which they get into, since they always solve.
