Instructions for and when to sow rosales
The most common methods to sow Rosales is by cuttings or grafts, or planting the roots of a rose. We will explain both methods.
The most appropriate time for this method is the end of winter or principle of spring.
The easiest to start will be to acquire a rose in a pot, and use its roots to plant your rose. Of course, you must plant them as soon as you get the rose.
The other steps you must follow are:
First, you must dig a somewhat deeper hole than the roots. Thus, these will grab the earth well and offer a support to the plant while growing.
Mix the Earth with compost or fertilizer, and forms a small mound at the bottom of the hole. Place the root on the mound, so that the union of the shoots is just above the ground level. The roots must be covered, but the stem does not. View with ground around the roots, to prevent airbags under the earth from remaining.
Then you must fill the hole with water. After the water penetrates well into the ground, fill it again.
Cut the stems leaving about 20 centimeters tall. Make a mound with land around the plant. This must be about 15 centimeters high. When the first outbreaks begin to leave, about 2 weeks later, you can eliminate the mound. To do this, it will be enough for you to tread slightly. With this, you will help the plant retain moisture and prevent it from falling with the wind.
In the case of the planting method by cutting, the best time to carry it out is autumn. Unlike the previous method, instead of using the Rosal roots you must use some of its branches.
The steps to follow are: First, you will have to select the branch or branches of the rose. These should be branches of about a year, preferably those that have flourished this year. The ideal length is 15 to 20 centimeters and the thickness of around 1 centimeter, similar to that of a pencil. It will be essential that they present several yolks, where new branches will later sprout.
After extracting the branches, the next step will be to eliminate all the leaves and thorns from its base, leaving a few leaves at the top. You will have to take special care not to damage the bud bucks.
Next, if you are going to perform the plantation on the ground, the most advisable thing will be that you are a ditch of about 15 centimeters deep, and you add sand mixed with peat at the bottom (about 5 centimeters). If you are going to plant the cuttings in pots, it will be enough to use universal substrate. In both cases it is advisable to apply a product to root yourself at the base of the cuttings, to increase the chances of success.

The last step will be to make an abundant first irrigation. The others must be short but frequent, to maintain soil moisture. Around month and a half later, the first outbreaks of the new rose bush will begin. Care and pruning once the new rose brows and grows, you should not put aside your care if you want to obtain beautiful and abundant roses during the flowering season. One of the most important aspects will be irrigation. You must water your rose regularly, if possible without wetting the leaves or flowers, as close as possible to the earth.

You will be able to do it at least once a year for the rose to always be in good condition. The best time to perform this process is the end of summer, or the end of winter. If instead of pruning it once a year you do two, it will grow even more healthy and flourishing. With pruning scissors, you must eliminate the branches that are in worse condition, especially those that no longer flourish and those that are withered, in addition to all the remains of withered and fruits.
The rose has more than one hundred species. Most of them are originally from Asia, and the rest of Europe, North America and Northwestern Africa.
