Introduction

My proposal is oriented .A diagnosis has been made inappropriate behaviors that show as characteristics the rejection of their classmates, they do not have good relationships and generally tend to follow their individualities manifesting their selfishness . My project contributes to improving social skills strengthening both ethical and moral values ​​which will allow a greater relationship and communication.In this way the behavior of each student is improved. Communication is the fundamental element when interacting with others either in their family context .

Developing

Through a diagnosis of students, the loss of values ​​has been evidenced considering the following causes:

  • Dysfunctional homes.

  • Non -productive programs

The improvement of behavior in students will be achieved.If relationships are constituted about positive attitudes such as cooperation improving the classroom climate. Many of my students come from dysfunctional homes due to this reason their behavior changes are evident. Family communication and inflation is essential in the lives of their children.

To achieve the strengthening of values, pedagogical strategies with workshops are proposed in order to guide each student creating a favorable environment

The workshop application allows to create affective links and the improvement of school coexistence in classrooms.The activities of the workshops allows to reduce conflicts, identify, integrate and interact in a given group within a society.

Activities based on confidence and respect are working to strengthen interpersonal relationships between students such as friendship and values ​​oriented to behavior changes using cooperative work by providing students with an environment under a humanistic approach to compromising school behaviour.

One of the objectives of the project has always been present by facilitating environments for peaceful coexistence, where there is will in the responsible management of agreements that have been established through the experiences that have allowed meditation, commitment, identification of rights and duties.

Respect is the fundamental basis for healthy coexistence among members of a society, starting from the family. To practice it, it is necessary which is impossible to live with pride and dignity.

According to the Guide of the Ministry of Education, it promotes the strengthening of values ​​of parents and students based on citizen rights and responsibility being the family the basis of society but in reality it is being lost to various factors such as the need for economic resources that have forced parents emigrate .We are currently in a lack of values ​​that the Government has had social responsibility to implement this guide for teachers. It is established to work with teachers assuming the role of facilitators for the strengthening of values ​​such as the one we do in each Institution Program Educating with Family.

Communication is an important resource that is favorable to solve problems and needs of children. The communication deficit between parents and children is the reason why the bad behavior of students.

  • The application of workshops creates emotional links with students and parents being the primary axis for the development of good interpersonal relationships.
  • The environment where students develop is very important since they must rely on examples and good customs of the representatives .
