INTRODUCTION

In the municipality of Santa Cruz, in the province El Seibo, the Dominican Republic, in working with students with the first cycle of the primary level, it is a challenge for some teachers, because they are difficult for them, that is, that teachers must do hard work when it comes to students with overness. In relation to the issue of the incidence of age in teaching learning in students of the primary cycle, they have studied various aspects related to the educational process.

In the Dominican Republic there have been few works that make absolute reference of this issue, which is why as researchers we decided to investigate the proposed issue, since there is a lot of ignorance in this regard.

The main reason why an investigation of this nature was conducted in the municipality of Santa Cruz of the province of El Seibo in the Eloin Constenzo Educational Center of the first primary cycle, is because there is a need for knowledge regarding the way of howTeachers implement the pedagogical strategies of mathematics in students overnessThe causes that affect this problem.

It is important to know if the context influences the development of their education, the importance of family in the education of children, among other factors that are important for the teaching-learning process of students.

In recapitulation, this research is carried out because there is a need to increase knowledge about the pedagogical strategies of the mathematics that teachers implement in cases of overnessand cultural that have caused the condition of overness.

Precedent to the investigation was carried out an exhaustive search for background on the subject. Interesting works were found that talk about overnessto the different types of students who are in charge in the classroom.

In relation to everything that has been expressed, researchers have proposed to evaluate the incidence of overness. Eloina Constanzo, belonging to the 12-03 educational district, of the Santa Cruz municipality, El Seibo province, in the 2019-2020 school year.

Research problem

The General Law of Education 66’97 establishes the ages that students must have according to the degree they are in basic education. When a student has two or more years above the age required in each degree, it is defined as a student in overness.

The statistics at the national level show that the levels of overority reach 22% at the basic level. The Eloina Constanzo Educational Center is located in the municipality of Santa Cruz in the province of El Seibo, offers initial and basic education to students of different social and economic conditions.

It is part of the extended battery school set, which implements parameter of the first primary cycle levels. This problem brings with it a set of negative effects, which can be the cause of a set of situations or difficulties that arise in the classroom, such as: Repetition, absenteeism, dropout, aggressive behavior and lackStudents who are not in a situation of overness and share the same classroom. In relation to the teacher, this is difficult to develop his planning at the planned time and fulfill his role as learning promoter.

Over -up as an internal efficiency factor is usually associated with school failure and constitutes a lag between ideal and real. While it is true, it has a cultural socioeconomic component, it also shows the impossibility of educational systems to meet diversity. From this perspective, most countries have made attempts to develop programs that contribute to reduce their effects. The actions in each country are defined by the conditions observed and by the perception that each of them has on the causal factors of the overality, and mainly by the educational policies that are being implemented.

In the Eloina Educational Center, many of the teachers must be the protagonists of their own teaching strategies of mathematics applying a class model where children discover truths that will be new to them and for us they are well known. A class standard that allows him to be participatory and creative, where the student is able to develop his cognitive and intellectual abilities, despite the problems of overness.

JUSTIFICATION

The marked inefficiency of the education system, which is manifested in the low internal efficiency indicators such as: repetition rate, promotion, dropout, retention, degraphknowledge of the causes and propose at certain times those solutions that are consistent with the current situation.

The above demands to direct the actions, not only to point out that the problem exists, and goes far beyond making the educational service efficient and efficient, but, to give the orientations where it corresponds to improving the efficiency indicators. It is essential, then, to focus the discussion within the framework of the processes that have been giving in the issue of educational reform, analyzing the conclusions and recommendations given by those protagonists of the municipal and departmental dialogues of the aforementioned reform, in the department of Zacapa, as an element that enriches this research work.

The first years of pre -primary and primary school education) are as important as those dedicated to secondary education, however, the first years define success or failure in school, and therefore the possibilities of continuity and individual development.

Perceiving that school overness is an indicator responsible for student retardA poor teaching-learning process represents a significant investment to promote an education that is truly inclusive, quality, with gender coverage and equity, which raises human dignity and is a sustainable resource.

It is perfectly understandable that the full realization of the human being is only achieved through education, and promoting education is essential for the development of nations. Despite their tendency towards low performance, the factors that generate overness in the educational centers of the Dominican Republic still persist.

In the Eloina Constanzo Educational Center there are factor signs of overness. The present research is necessary in order to analyze the factors that originate the school overness2020;In order to offer real answers and road actions that help to know the problem more deeply and consequently, eradicate it.
