Human Rights and its application today
When we talk about a right, we talk about "a valid request in society to protect yourself, either by the force of law or education and opinion" of a person (John Stuart Mill), therefore human rights are like ‘armor ‘that protect all people and establish themselves as a norm that indicates how to act (compass, 2015), these human rights in this way present us a guide to guarantee the dignified life of people, for each one to defend our livesand defend the lives of other people. At present, since 1948, these human rights are governed by the Universal Charter of Human Rights proclaimed by the UN, in search of guaranteeing their true fulfillment. But how is the current panorama regarding the fulfillment of human rights?, After the appearance of the UN major major?, Currently all people are "free and equal in dignity and rights" as proclaimed by article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?
After the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ formulated within the framework of the Birth of the United Nations, a serious conceptual construction process began that was prepared on the rights enjoyed by the population, or those who claimed. All have been discussed, such as: the right to choose the rulers, the right of women to participate in local politics or gender equality, child rights, access to health, education, etc.
Almost immediately after the declaration was issued, the United Nations began to establish and seek financing mechanisms for several organizations in order to achieve compliance with human rights worldwide, where important efforts were made for organizations such as UNICEF,FAO, the World Health Organization, among others, to achieve the objective of ensuring that the entire world population can effectively obtain their individual and social rights.
This type of effort is very effective in many cases, but it is difficult to obtain results in other parts of the world, due to social conflicts or colonial liberation wars, such as the continuous wars of independence in India and many new African countries that began in the1950s. In many countries, due to cultural differences, people cannot apply correctly or at least explain the application of their human rights, therefore, for example, the rights of people to gender equality or the rights of children and childrenGirls have become a differentiated culture such as the Arab or Islamic world into something unresolved. Also, we can point out the fierce disputes with different ethnic groups in Africa about ancient beliefs and cultures, such as female genital mutilation, or in the cultures of southern Asia, marriages between girls and adults and adults remain common.

In the 1990s, with the fall of the Berlin Wall, the supporters of nationalist states adhered to the lifestyle and development model defended by Western culture for the new civilization. Today, we witness this ‘New World’ and the democracy and neoliberal economy that defends, and billions of human beings victims of this. The rights of all cannot be made in this new world. In this new world, universal ideology is ‘Save who can’, everyone should defend themselves in this world in this world. Free competition makes people impossible to protect people in all the territories of the planet.
The Covid-19 Pandemia ended up exposing this uncontrollable, inhuman and often criminal pattern where in all countries, this pattern exercises the management of land resources in favor of the predatory elite. Some governments and countries are saved, from this historical judgment, which have promoted more or less the government protection system to their territory.
Therefore, we are current witnesses of the failure of human rights made, fulfilled many people victims of the violence of the unfair system. Organizations, institutions and governments appear to comply with and ensure compliance with human rights. Many institutions have not been able to play a role in the consolidation and defense of human rights, now it may be time to establish and restore many of these organizations.
In summary, it is how to ensure that everyone’s human rights come true in any situation and anywhere on the planet, so it is about putting people as the main value. This means that for the State, institutions and different administrative units to serve the implementation of the law, everyone must enjoy the quality of life, or rather, enjoy the part of the life that someone deserves, only for thefact of being born.
Then, a space should be established from the departments or municipalities, which can provide traceability services for each human right that is not carried out or guarantees people at any stage of their life. Create a system to protect people everywhere, and organizations that provide rights protection services in each region, trying to represent everyone, provide help, keep in touch with them and always control the process of defense of their rights from theprinciple until the rights of people are effectively carried out.
Current and future technologies become specific, timely and direct allies, so that citizens can see that their rights are fulfilled, defended and supported by these, and also the designated officials can become defenders of people, andDirectly face severely dehumanized institutions, which institutions do not encourage people to defend themselves from the antihuman system.
As Master Silo pointed out: ‘The most important issue is to know if you want to live and in what conditions you want to do it’, then we are talking about a method that would really lead to the realization of all human rights. Human beings have and love themselves, and we all want to be treated like this. Therefore, it is necessary to build this type of tools so that thousands of people can effectively, directly and correctly make their rights.
Humanity needs these instruments, including multiple humanistic options, to establish and protect the real realization of human rights regardless of time, place, government or situation, living human rights from home even despite being in difficult times.
