Introduction
The non -profit foundation is aimed at improving situations of quality of life, child labor and of course to strengthen art and culture. Developing
For the project in general, it is important to know that its evaluation is in social terms, since it is the reason for being of the Foundation. Projected financial aspects must be sustainable over time and should allow to achieve social, but also economic objectives;To this we refer to the profitability of the personnel that make possible all the programs that will be provided to the children. We will be measured in profitability to cover the costs of administrative and operational expenses, but in its results it will be measured mainly in the quality of services provided by artistic plans and programs.
In turn, it is measured by the contribution given to the well -being of children and their repercussions on their daily lives. It is important to know that the Foundation has an annual budget assigned for the proper functioning of the operations and services that will be provided to the reason for being;the children. This initial budget must be reached before putting the foundation in operation. They are important challenges that we now consider, which make cultural management fill in enriching experiences for our growth as specialists. Regarding the management given to accounting, most of the expenses must be measured with the principles of the objectives set from the beginning.

However, every year a constant in income is projected for the proper functioning of the programs, although the right to change, organize and manage depending on annual income is reserved.
