Introduction
Who better than with Shakespeare to begin this dissertation The exterior appearance proclaims the internal condition of man (Shakespeare), with this appointment I would like to reflect on the text about the value given to the people of other origins. This text makes us reflect on the value of the culture of other places and our own without highlighting the importance of one of them.
Our protagonist tells the story of "Hamlet" to the people with whom a season is spending, and will hear from that "primitive tribe" a valuable lesson of humility. In this text, we can see how the protagonist of the story performs qualitative techniques (field work) in relation to the African tribe, knowing their customs and first -hand culture living with them.
Developing
The main theme of this reading deals with culture in other parts of the world and how other people create and carry out their traditions and as Europeans considered that their reasoning were superior and that everything that was outside their atmosphere was lower and without value,since the rest did not have an academic training as widespread as theirs. Laura Bohannan, graduated in cultural anthropology at the University of Arizona and a doctorate at the University of Oxford, was an American anthropologist born in 1922 which died in 2002, stands out for her field work in Africa, specifically in Nigeria.
This narrative was written by Bohannan in 1966 and published by the scientific journal "Natural History". The importance of this text lies in respect for other cultures. The scope of study of this text is the anthropology of development because it studies the causes of underdevelopment and less developed nations.
The conception of culture had framed in the idea that Europeans had of a "upper race" over others (eg. Africans). Already anthropology, from the outset, understood that other societies were primitive, as my friend shows me a Hamlet specimen would help me mentally elevate my primitive environment. With this phrase the author is emphasizing the formative "superiority" and the ineptitude of the Africans.
We observe how our protagonist is conducting an anthropological study, since he is doing a field work with the African tribe specifically in the TIV, which he will visit, our character where he saw the wealth in culture had passion to discover new things, butThat was truncated, since most ceremonies required the elderly in tribes, and due to natural disasters such as floods did not allow them to meet due to the difficulty of access.

How could I serve beer and prepare food for all your guests?”With these two phrases we can observe the difference of cultures, on the one hand, the European monogamy of Bohannan and, on the other hand, the polygamy of the African people.
The second main idea that we can extract in this text is the cultural generality that we can reference from the text of how “in the end I placed in a hill that belonged to a venerable old man, head of a domestic exploitation of about one hundred forty people, all of themclose relatives of him, or his women and children ”, as well as the author believes that people are equal throughout the world and reflects it as“ human nature is quite similar worldwide ”with this the author wants to suggestThat people regardless of where they live have similar customs, nothing is further from reality, according to my people’s understanding.
While telling the story to the elders of the tribe, it was interrupted by them on many occasions, since they were extrapolating the story to their own conceptions, which had nothing in common, to which the protagonist of our history wasquite annoying how to see it. The elders of the tribe, together with the boss ask her questions in relation to the history of Hamlet, these questions were unknown to her, since in the European conception of "a single wife or husband" "mourning", etc., They were issues rooted in their culture, but not in them, since they had another conception. Another issue that we can highlight from the Bohannan text is the use of language between the town and academic conception as I said "ghost or zombie".
