Emergence and importance of capitalism in the evolution of societies

 Introduction

In this work we will see the importance of capitalism in the evolution of societies, determining the power of nations, due to the accumulation that occurs in the 18producers and merchants of the time, predominantly their economic hegemony until today and influencing the rest of the world economy. We will resolve one of the most interesting questions of today. What can we understand for the economic? O What is economy?. According to Naredo "conceptual distinctions do not discover them, but we forge them" (P. 7). Nothing more true than this, although we often do not give importance. Adam Smith’s influence as the basis for the neoclassical economy (1776). We will also see the relations between the individuals and sets that are present in the economy-world activity that is given through the trade of the products of the large companies that have as its main objective to expand. We find the influence that capitalism has at the social, political, economic and cultural level by acting directly with societies in which capitalism is present and organizes its own structure that allows its stability and dominance. The exchange and accumulation relations that generate systematized processes, the importance and evolution of the capitalist economy in Western Europe and its expansion in the modern world, opening the way to a global and historical economic science analyzing the context that occurred at the time forWhat is today. Therefore, resurgence begins at the base of economic life (Braudel, 1985, p. 12).

Developing

Although trade exists from the beginning of societies or better these civilizations, the economic system called capitalism arises in the 16th century in Western Europe (Great Britain and the Netherlands), this system replaces feudalism, which was the workmandatory which was given by slaves or servitude towards the feudal lord. Capitalism on the other hand offers a salary to people a change of their work or to be clearer a change of their workforce. While capitalism arises in the 16th century this does not take greater impact until the mid -18. These two reasons argue that the economy must be far from the State. Now what is economy? According to ha-joon-chang ‘the economy should not be defined by its methodology but rather, it must be the study of economic activity, and what is due to decision making’, that is, the relations of exchange, production and consumption, and no> ‘(Chang, 2014, P. 25). Chang (2014) highlights in his book ‘Economy for 99% of the population’ that ‘there are many ways to do economics’ (P. 25). And it shows us that it is not just a theory, but that it becomes a "discipline" as exposed in the title of this essay. For this we will rely on history, since there is no better proof than real cases and decisions taken in different cases, (Wallerstein) ‘Because the world economy needs to expand its borders’ 1. For Karl Polanyi, the economic term, see all human activities and this term is made up of two concepts that are completely different from each other are: substantive meaning and formal meaning. The substantive meaning includes exchange with the natural and social environment (Polanyi, 2015, p. 155). In other words, this action is naturally given among the main authors, this can be deduced as real. This would be the relationship that the media have with fines or clearer is empirical. Here 3 institutions appear: reciprocity, redistribution and exchange. The formal meaning mainly raises the elections, that is, decision making through the logicalWe will deduce it as logical (Polanyi, 2015, P. 155). Throughout history and societies, it would be thought that the first work in writing about economics would be from the wealth of an empire or the way in which it accumulated large amounts of treasures and how it distributed them and made itIt reproduces more is not so, the one that would be consecrated with this important mission is the pin, such a small and so common piece in each existing society. Adam Smith talks about the pin in his book, the wealth of nations (1723-1790). The importance that this object takes is in its production due to the greater wealth is achieved through an increase in its production, since it is a greater production greater gain, this is just a small and simple example, since the following two centuriesAfter Smith, he will achieve surprising advance in the industry and production of things. Here the capitalist economy arises, which has the main to obtain the greatest possible gain between the factory value and the income it generates by the sale of the final product, there is the capitalist economy has a surprising impulse in the nineteenth century with the so -called “Industrial Revolution’Where large -scale production and the opening of free trade are located, which allows the exchange of products without tariffs, which favors the largest, allows expansion’. Social Economy … Now, as the capitalist economy depends on the market we will try to carry out this world to the social sphere, as Coraggio (2011) raises ‘the centralized state must be overcome, why it subtracts power from society’ (P. 42). Because there is no equality in society, that is, there is no reciprocity, redistribution and exchange added as new forms of integration (Polanyi, P, 163). Post what groups of monopolies, which tries to monopolize power and market, for this a social economy must be developed looking for ‘material advantages by individuals, families, communities and groups of different types’ (P. 44). This economy seeks the regular market, for this more equitable sea, generating resources for society itself without seeking accumulation, as occurs in the economic-capitalist world. What is value for human work. How to mention Braudel in his work The dynamics of capitalism, the best accomplice of capitalism is society. (p. 27). Conclusions We can say that the economy is historical and ethnographic, which is marked by a world of scarcity where we are all decision makers. The human being is selfish by nature and seeks its own well -being, which maximizes well -being and pleasure gain. The notion of total social fact says that nothing that has to do with the economic is disconnected from social elements and that it makes the decisions dependent on their own experience.
