The quality in universities today shows a deficit in both European and Latin American institutions due to the lack of mobility they have for different sectors, this raises a debate for inequalities, opportunities that are provided only to a certain sector of individuals who have individuals who have individualsgreater probability of access either by the social sector or the availability of mobility they have.
Quality and equity are similar terms within the institutions, both go hand in. The evolution of quality needs to incorporate new components within its process, such as equality to provide a new perspective of what is needed within institutions and thus build good quality. A great positive and negative impact has been generated when applying quality terms in institutions. The advance is necessary for society, but in the same way it is not always prepared for this. Higher education develops significant changes according to the advances of the world, has a greater demand within internal functioning, the application of teachers, students admission and infrastructure. One of the greatest changes is governed by the evolution of society that seeks to acquire greater knowledge to acquire a good social and economic system.
Higher education goes hand in hand with technology, in recent years advances have been developed in order to have a virtual and distance education, in this way greater results will be achieved by people/students who do not have necessary time. Education adapts to the needs of the human being. To confirm the quality of these new advances, rules and indicators have been established to evaluate the excellence that these methods provide, errors will be corrected and society will advance more. These legal norms or documents are only applicable for the institutions that developed them, comply with specific points of these.
These new methods seek to obtain a higher quality, it is expected with the development of the society that this structure is applicable for all levels and countries of the world in the educational field, in this way a guide standard is developed to meet the needsand established requirements. The main objectives of this development seek to promote education, improve teaching at all levels and make education more accessible for those who want it or need. It is sought that education is more organized as these changes in quality development are applied.
Virtual education opens a new world for training, brings with it the evaluation of teachers, the evaluation of education based on a new quality process that is used every day in the world.
