The new employees who have been recruited are expected to attend the New Employee Orientation on the first day. The orientation includes meetings with various representatives of the institution. The new employee will have meetings with Human Resource Managers, Finance Officer, IT representative, and the school administrator. The new employee is expected to attend these meetings because they are of great importance for them during the course of their work. Punctuality is emphasized.
