Business Ethics: Responsibilities of Entrepreneurs
Through the module we have been identifying as business ethics the concept that defines a conglomerate of the corporate line which is formed by the norms, principles and values that are linked to the organizational training of the company. This conglomerate of "standards" serves as a guide of the different actions carried out by a business. Its proper exploitation provides several advantages, such as having the opportunity to create an improvement in the relationship and shape an incalculable value asset that will represent the company both now and in the future.
This kind of ethics also applies to the private life of the company’s managers. When talking about business ethics and defining it there are other factors that also enter the dynamics, such as personal and financial ethics. In this case we only talk about business ethics, which dominates the guidelines and policies, strategies and corporate that the private company applies depending on society, specifically in the procedures and management standards. We have been seeing through the module of matter how business ethics takes its direction and meaning through corporate social responsibility, this being the expected result of business ethics which is put into practice. We could say, within this writing, that business ethics is the basics of the RSC. The expected result is applied in the company. With what we understand how this type of ethics includes moral norms and principles, while the CSR brings together the guidelines that will be followed to comply with the ethics that have been stipulated.
There are many reasons to apply a code of ethics in corporations, although it is used properly and applied can help us to do a job from which we can apply and reach results that encourage the image of the company in the scope of ethics in such a way that it feels proud both and the rest of the people involved with the same.
