Intelligence

Intelligence throughout history has allowed the human being to survive in various situations or factors that could have taken it to their own extension, but it was not so since unlike other mammals, the human being contains an innate intelligence that is has developed over time. According to (more, 2016) intelligence not only allows us which we can apply intelligence, but it is crucial to make known that intelligence in each individual is perceived with a different or individual feature since different people will respond to a different situation in a different way.

Emotions

Emotions are temporary states that come and go, they stand out for giving unconsciously and are of short duration, in addition to the preceding of feelings and are of greater intensity. Much of the time we can develop different types of emotions, it is important. Such as some of them are:

  • Fear: anticipation of a threat, protection.
  • Anger: anger for something happened, destruction.
  • Joy: well -being
  • Sadness: Penal for something happened or given, reintegration.
  • Disgust: disgust before something, rejection.
  • Surprise: Starf before something, orientation.

 

Leadership

Leadership is the influence that is transmitted to another group of people, to encourage them towards a goal together. As Psychology – Online (2019) explains, the leader grows and develops with this ability innate, his way of being and his peculiar qualities will allow him to reach a position of domain and leadership in a natural and not forced way, since such characteristics will make other people want to follow.

What is emotional intelligence?

It is an important channel of the emotional facet as a key element of intelligence, this has been one of the many key notions for understanding in the course of psychology in recent decades. Emotional intelligence is the ability of the human being to identify the external factors that influence the reaction of their emotions, understand them and that such emotions are handled correctly and correctly. (Colombo, 2016). This will allow the individual to have good family, social, labor relationships, clear goals, objectives, a good majo of stress and most importantly, the overcoming of obstacles correctly. It is of the utmost importance to have good emotional intelligence since it allows the subject in front of any event that happens to act correctly, since emotions will always be present throughout life, whether positive or negative, The key is in the ability to handle and direct them because otherwise there is a stable and mature emotional intelligence, any type of situation may make you feel happy and serve you or sink into immense pain (psychology and mind, 2016).
