Application of inclusion and sustainable learning
If we are going to talk about sustainable learning and inclusion it is necessary to define it. Sustainable learning is one that will strengthen people’s learning for inclusive practice and where equal knowledge is guaranteed. While inclusion recognizes that all people who have different skills, no one is the same with each other, and that those differences that make unique and that it requires and requires a different response where they are not separated or labeled, but rather thatbe "part of" and have a reciprocal participation and equal conditions. That is why the present essay will be discussed that sustainable learning and the dimensions that it possesses. And how it would apply to contribute to inclusion in the professional context where we develop.
As mentioned above, sustainable learning tells us about people who have different needs and abilities and that is why the teacher is the one who must guarantee and adapt their methodology so that the teaching -learning process reaches all its students is properly andthat they serve them throughout life.
When talking about inclusion, it is to mention pointing to its dimensions since they provide us with a guide on how we can improve in our professional context, there are three dimensions that are: the first dimension. – Learning for all is based on equity and inclusion, that is to say that education will be based on addressing diversity and decreased inclusion. The second dimension is that teaching the significant teaching practice for skill development. And the third dimension is the enduring learning that will promote development and participation.
Sustainable learning to contribute to inclusion as a professional of law is of great importance since, being a social career, the interaction with different people is daily, so we must ensure that the rights of these people are not violated, which do not sufferof any discrimination and that your image or condition is not exploited by the media. Therefore, when reaching this learning, barriers will break on false beliefs that are possessed about people with disabilities and will be treated as “normal” people and as people with deficiencies since each of us has different learning capabilities.
In conclusion, people who, due to the fact of having a disability, do not make them exceptional since they do exactly the same as people without disabilities, it is there where inclusion is acting so that these people feel part of society and that they are notConsidered exceptional people, just because they get out of bed and have a positive attitude does not help improve inclusion. An inclusive world is to understand that all people have different capacities and that each and every one of them has the chances of living in a world where they are not labeled, that have low expectations of a person with disabilities, who are valued by their knowledge andskills in the performance of their daily work, and for the genuine achievement they can have.
